Mediation
A safe space to find your way back to dialogue
Professional profile
- Mediator (trained in 2008)
- Akademie Perspektivenwechsel, Munich
- Background as a lawyer (bar exam, civil law)
What I do
Mediation is, for me, a natural meeting point between two worlds I've crossed: law and people development. Before dedicating myself to training, I practised as a civil lawyer in Milan and Bolzano — an experience that gave me a solid foundation for understanding conflict dynamics from a formal, legal perspective too.
As a mediator, my role is to create a safe, non-judgemental space — a safe zone — where parties can find their way back to communicating, beyond their initial positions, to reach solutions that are shared and sustainable over time.
Corporate settings
I work mainly on mediation in corporate settings: conflicts between colleagues, tensions within teams, situations where professional relationships have broken down and a neutral guide is needed to rebuild common ground.
My approach
As a mediator, my role isn't to be a neutral, distant arbitrator, but to practise deep multi-partiality: staying equally close to the needs of everyone involved. I create a space where parties can feel understood and find their way back to communicating beyond their initial defensive positions, to find shared, sustainable solutions together.
