What I do
Leadership
You may have already asked yourself…
- "How can we support our leaders in guiding their teams with credibility and confidence, without compromising their authenticity?"
- "Are our leaders able to balance the pressure of business results with the empathy and presence needed to motivate people?"
- "How do we prepare new managers to exercise solid leadership, one that inspires trust rather than imposing micromanagement?"
Together we'll find the right solution for your organisation: training, individual coaching or mentoring, to develop authentic leadership — able to lead today's increasingly complex teams.
Conflict management
You may be asking yourself…
- "How much time and organisational energy are we losing to unspoken tensions, misunderstandings or friction that's never truly addressed?"
- "Do our people have concrete tools to manage everyday disagreements before they turn into crises or irreparable rifts?"
- "How can we shift our internal culture so that disagreement becomes an opportunity for clarity and innovation, rather than an obstacle?"
Depending on the conflict, we'll decide together how to proceed: a one-to-one conversation, a mediation, training on constructive feedback. Concrete tools to address tensions before they become crises.
Team development, with a systemic approach
You may wonder…
- "Why do the same dysfunctional dynamics keep repeating in certain departments, despite having excellent individual talent?"
- "Are roles, responsibilities and boundaries within our working groups truly clear, or are grey areas undermining collaboration?"
- "How can we work on a team's invisible relationships and patterns to turn it into a cohesive, resilient system capable of adapting to change?"
I work with teams as living systems: changing one person isn't enough to change a dynamic. I look at relationships, roles and recurring patterns — to build more cohesive teams over time.
Life Leadership
There's a kind of leadership no one teaches in the classroom: leading your own life. I work with people who lead others and risk forgetting to lead their own lives too — a subject I know first-hand, not only from having taught it.
My method
Together with you I define the direction, the goals and the content, right from the start. But once we're in the room, the training becomes a living system. My job is to hold the line on the content (the what), while constantly adapting the process (the how) to the needs of the people in front of me at that moment.
Eighteen years of experience have taught me there's no universal format: every group, every company culture, every person needs a different language in order to grow.
It's this flexible approach that lets me move nimbly between levels — individual, team, organisational — bringing energy, creativity and systemic clarity to every project.
